Yes. If you have placed an order through TechSoup New Zeland which has not been paid for and you wish to cancel it, please send an email to support@techsoup.net.au with the reason why you wish to cancel it. Please be sure to include your organisation name and Transaction ID/Order Number with your request.
If the order has been paid for it is usually too late to cancel, however please send an email to support@techsoup.net.au so we can assess this.
