Certain charitable organisations are sponsored by parent groups, foundations, or business incubators. In order to participate in our discount and donation programme, TechSoup New Zealand requires that each organisation have its own income tax exemption either:
- A written confirmation of the organisation's tax exempt status issued by the IRD and
- A copy of the organisation's constitution or similar
