As of October 1st 2026, TechSoup New Zealand will no longer be charging a payment processing fee for orders paid by Credit Card (or Paypal, although that payment method is not available currently.)
Below is a record of the payment processing fees that were being charged.
The fees were as follows:

| Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) | 30c plus 2.50% of the purchase amount |
| PayPal | 45c plus 3.40% of the purchase amount |
| Bank transfer/EFT | No fees |
