Once your Kaspersky order has been paid and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 business days. An email will be sent from our fulfilment team to the registered organisation email address containing download instructions and an activation key for the Kaspersky product you have ordered. Please note that no physical media is not included.
It is advised that organisations wishing to install Kaspersky solutions have it done by an IT professional.
